Tom O'Connor - Vice President/Advisor
Tom was born into his love of baseball with split personality. He was a White Sox fan out of geographic necessity, having been born and raised on the SouthSide of Chicago, but a Cubs fan by convenience, thanks to the cubs being televised on a daily basis. Tom played his developmental years in the various summer youth leagues on the south and west sides of Chicago, then briefly in college, after college in various “semi-pro” Chicago Park District leagues. As his skill set transformed, leading him to glory on the 16" softball fields, he began coaching youth baseball, and then transitioned into the representation side of the game.

Tito Fuentes Jr.
Tito Fuentes Jr., son of the legendary San Francisco Giants 2nd Baseman, was born in the Dominican Republic, where he was taught about the great game of baseball by such greats as his father, Tito Fuentes Sr., and Juan Marichal. During his father’s 14 years in the Big Leagues and for the past 25 years, Tito Jr. traveled back and forth to the Dominican Republic annually to be immersed into the 24/7 baseball culture of the Caribbean.
